Casting

Monolithic refractory mortars are cast into forms using vibration-assisted compaction and homogeneous structure techniques.

Gunning Application

Fast and economical refractory application with a gunning machine; the preferred method especially for repair and patch work.

Sintering Program

Optimum heating curves and holding times are determined for controlled removal of residual moisture from the refractory lining.

Final Inspection

After sintering, surface integrity, crack, and void checks are performed, and the system is made ready for production.

Application Stages

Surface Preparation

Old refractory is removed, metal surface is roughened; anchor and bonding coat are applied.

Mixing & Application

Material is mixed at the correct ratio per technical specification and applied using the selected method.

Curing & Waiting

The necessary curing time and conditions are provided for the chemical bonding of the application.

Sintering (First Firing)

The refractory is sintered using a controlled heating program; the system is put into production.
